Room revival consultation – 2 hours 

Do you find yourself with a head full of ideas but just cannot make it work? If you are looking for an affordable way of getting help from an interior designer without a hefty price tag, this might be just what you are looking for.

With this service you can bounce your ideas against my knowledge and experience. You will receive guidance, inspiration, ideas and solutions to your interior project.

This is a virtual or in person consultation, depending on where you live. Each consultation is unique and tailored to help with solutions to specific design dilemmas. It may include interior decoration assistance with furniture and art placement, help selecting a new colour scheme, room/furniture layout, help with window treatments and fabric choices, buying or repurposing furniture or whatever design predicaments you feel you need help with.

This service is a good choice if you are struggling with a specific problem or wish to talk through your ideas and get answers to whether the ideas will work or not for the space.

Fee: £150 (if you need more than 2 hours, subsequent hour is charged at £60)

This package includes a summarised written report with recommendations and an action plan.

Home staging consultation – 2 hours

Are you about to put your house on the market? Do you want to make sure it stands out among the competition?

You will only get one chance to make a ‘Great First Impression’ when selling your home, so make it count.

Home Staging is the act of preparing a residential property for sale or for let. The goal is to sell or let the property more quickly and for more money. It is done by preparing the property and make it appeal to as many potential buyers or tenants as possible.

This service help you improve your home’s market potential before you list it. During the consultation a curb appeal assessment and a room-by-room analysis will take place, providing you with a verbal checklist of things that will help make your home visually appealing to a wide range of prospective buyers.

You will need to sharpen your pencil and take notes! The verbal checklist will include what needs to be removed, added, or rearranged, paint colour suggestions, repair suggestions, styling ideas and any other changes that has the highest potential impact with the lowest possible cost, hassle and time attached to it.

Fee: £180*

* If you need a written checklist this can be requested for additional £50.

DO NOT WANT TO DO IT YOURSELF?

This package can be extended to a ‘hands on home staging service’ where I will depersonalise, rearrange, and style your home for sale using your existing furniture and accessories. I will suggest additional key items to be added in preparation for a photo shoot or open house event.

Fee: from £450 (depending on scope of work, condition, and size of the property.)

Re-style & connect

This is an in-person, on-site consultation which is for anyone that already have most of their furnishings and are happy with what they have, but are struggling to pull it all together to create a comfortable, functional, and stylish space.

This service will give you tangible ideas and tips of how to pull your space together for a cohesive look. It is often used with clients who have recently moved or downsized and need help fitting into their new space.

During the consultation we are not looking at one room or space in isolation, instead we are looking at the whole property. The aim is to create a look, a ‘red thread’, that link the different spaces in your home together to achieve a comfortable and visibly pleasing place to be without sacrificing the individual room’s identity and function.

Included in the package:

• Virtual initial consultation

• Written report with action plan

• Digital mood board of your ‘Red Thread’

• Suggestions of items and colours to add

• Online follow up support

 Fee: £180 / 2-hour slots (number of hours needed is depending on size of the property).

E-Design with Shopping List

 Are you ready for a change, looking to discover your own design style, finally decided to do something about that forgotten room or want to make sure your furniture layout maximises your space? This is a complete room design that will totally transform your space.

This service is conducted completely online and delivered electronically so it doesn’t have any geographic restrictions, however it is important that you are willing to manage the trades and implement the design yourself. But don’t worry, this package will give you everything you need to confidently move forward with your project.

You will receive a shopping list with ideas of products to add to bring the design to life.

 This service is a popular choice for living room, family room, bedroom, home office redesign and garden buildings.

Included in this package:

• Virtual initial consultation

• Written report

• Digital concept & design board

• Design development and sample sourcing

• 2D floor plan with suggested furniture layout

• Virtual review + one round of revision

• Suggestions for furniture, lighting & accessories

• Detailed shopping list with clickable links to the retailers

  Fee: £340

  For one room or space. Discounts are available for multiple rooms.

Room Design with Styling

This is similar to the E-Design package in terms of what is included, but it is not an online service. The initial consultation, review of the design /sample choices and finally the finishing touches to the design will all be done in person. Another difference is the addition of up-cycling/repurposing design ideas. It is very likely that you have some older pieces of furniture that might have seen a better day, but is of great form and quality. With an updated design to fit your interior those items, often with cherished memories attached to them, will suddenly feel perfect for your home and make a personal statement.

This service is popular with clients that do not have the time or do not want the hassle of measuring up the space and who prefer the room to be professionally styled at the end of the project to bring the design to life.

Included in this package:

• Onsite initial consultation and measuring up

• Written report with space planning

• Visuals, custom mood boards, floor plan and furniture layout

• Design development and sample sourcing

• Onsite review and one round of revision

• Up-cycling ideas with cost estimates

• Detailed design with shopping links to selected items

• Final onsite styling

Fee: £580
